"I do not typically send letters of appreciation, but my experience with your company, Redco Construction has been an extremely satisfying experience I thought you should know.
As you know the storm in March left me in a serious trouble. Shingles blew off my roof, and water was leaking in my home causing severe damage. I tried several roofing companies, and as we all know at a time like that everyone is going 24/7. Yet you made time to come to my aid and quickly put a temporary tarp to minimize the onslaught of the wind and rain.
Once my insurance adjuster examine the damage you responded in a very timely manner to give me a quote for repairs and your quote was very reasonable.
My wife and I were extremely impressed with how quickly you were able to start the repairs and how professional your team of workers were. They were very careful not to disrupt our home more than was necessary, and did a wonderful job of cleaning up afterward.
I want you to know that I will promote Redco Construction to anyone that I know that needs any type of construction work.
